What is OLAM?
Founded in 2015, OLAM is a network of 60 Jewish and Israeli organizations working in the fields of global service, international development, and humanitarian aid. Inspired by Jewish values and committed to high ethical standards, OLAM convenes and mobilizes leaders and organizations to take meaningful action in support of the world’s most vulnerable people.

What is Focal Point?
OLAM’s annual Focal Point gathering is the premier convening of Jews passionate about global service, international development, and humanitarian aid. It provides a space for hundreds of Jewish leaders, funders, practitioners, and global service alumni from around the world to network, exchange ideas and best practices, problem-solve, and celebrate their shared commitment to serving the world’s most vulnerable individuals, through a Jewish lens.
Focal Point 2021 will be OLAM’s 6th annual gathering, and the first to be held with a hybrid model that includes a virtual conference and in-person networking events in select cities around the world (in Israel, London, New York City, Washington DC, and possibly more).
Focal Point 2020
Focal Point is spearheaded by OLAM in partnership with Shalom Corps.
