Aviva is the Chief Program Officer at Shalom Corps, an initiative of Mosaic United and the Jewish Agency, created to build a global Jewish volunteer movement. In her role she is dedicated to impact-driven systemic change in the field of Global Jewish responsibility. Prior to joining Shalom Corps, Aviva was the Director of Global Planning for JDC and, in the 8 years following 9/11 she was Director of World Trade Center Business Recovery for the Governor’s office of economic development in New York followed by ongoing disaster recovery work for the US federal government and Israeli NGOs.
