Anat Belluco Feinkuchen leads NATAN’s HR team and is the Project Lead for the Gaza Health Center. Anat has broad experience in all aspects of Human Resource operations, development, and management. A graduate of Ben Gurion University, she holds a master’s in Psychology. In her 35 years of professional experience she has become an expert in the various professional fields of Human Resources: compensation & benefits, training, OD, recruitment, welfare, security, and safety, in diverse organizations in the private sector. In those organizations she also led community engagement activities, leading employees who volunteered in nearby communities. Anat originally became familiar with NATAN and its activities through her niece, Shlomit Leibovich, a long-standing NATAN volunteer.
