Shaun Hoffman is the Executive Director of JDC Entwine, responsible for its vision, strategy, and overall success. Shaun joined JDC in 2013 and has spent the last eight years expanding connections with global Jewish communities, deepening collaboration with partners, and managing relationships with key funders. Prior to joining JDC, Shaun was the Senior Program Director for Canada Israel Experience, managing the Canadian Jewish Community’s youth and young adult Israel experience programs. Shaun holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Toronto, including a year in the Honors Program in Middle East Studies at the Hebrew University. He also holds an M.A. in Jewish Professional Studies from the Spertus Institute in Chicago. Shaun served as a field commander in the IDF Paratroopers Brigade (despite a fear of heights), and continues to serve in the unit’s southern reserve brigade. He is a Schusterman Fellow and was an iCenter iFellow.
