Conscious Builders

Gamal is the Principal and Founder of Conscious Builders. A graduate of Yale, student  of Oxford University with a strong background in organizational leadership and  inclusion, Palmer has worked with hundreds of leaders, executives, educators and  CEOs to help them diversify their organizations and teams, and increase effectiveness  and collaboration. He’s worked with large-scale universities, businesses and nonprofits  including Cornell University, Occidental College, Sempra Energy, KCRW, Live Nation,  Intuit, Yale University, UCLA, USC Business School, ITVS and Wexner Heritage Fund,  to name a few. Through the Diversity Gym (his signature workshop), he’s worked with  1,000s of individuals to help them find acceptance and foster inclusion. 

After working with social impact entrepreneurs in over 15 African countries, the Middle  East, and the US, as well as being an International Career Advancement Program  (ICAP) Aspen Institute, Schusterman Foundation Global Leader Fellow, Los Angeles  Global Justice Fellow, Durfee Foundation Springboard Fellow, Palmer now sits on three  national boards: UpStart Lab, Jews of Color Initiative, and American Jewish World  Service.  

Palmer brings a deep understanding of the human condition and the ability to teach  professionals how to leverage their personal stories and authenticities to navigate and  overcome differences. As a speaker, his TedX and multiple talks focus on utilizing social  impact and Authenticity becoming your power.
